Mehul Choksi, wanted in connection with the Rs 13,000 crore PNB loan fraud, has been arrested in Belgium following a request from India for his extradition. This development follows the removal of an Interpol Red Notice and renewed efforts by Indian authorities to bring him back. Choksi had previously fled to Antigua and Dominica after the scam’s exposure.
