Shah Rukh Khan personally reached out to Akashdeep Sabir to secure the title ‘Dunki’ for Rajkumar Hirani’s film. Akashdeep shared that SRK, whom he knew from his early days, reconnected with him and requested the title, which Akashdeep willingly granted. The film ‘Dunki,’ also starring Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal, was released in December 2023.
