Mohammad Shariful Islam Shehzad was arrested after a 70-hour manhunt for stabbing actor Saif Ali Khan. Saif was seriously injured and underwent emergency surgery. His recovery will delay his shooting schedules. Saif’s medical expenses have reached nearly ₹36 lakh, with ₹25 lakh covered by insurance. The police custody of the accused lasts five days for further investigation.
